1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ag44 website and all associated services, games, and wagering markets available at https://ag44.pro (the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ag44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through an updated date displayed at the top of this page. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account with ag44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an ag44 employee.
• You have not previously had an ag44 account suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. ag44 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using KYC documentation including a government-issued national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide adequate verification documents may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

ag44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods optimised for the Bangladesh and South Asia market. All transactions are handled securely using encrypted connections. We currently support the following payment channels:

4. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. ag44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.

• Standard welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of crediting, after which they expire.

5. Prohibited Activities & Account Abuse

ag44 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, manipulation, collusion, or abuse of its systems. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

Prohibited acts include but are not limited to: exploiting software vulnerabilities or RNG errors; using automated bots, scripts, or betting assistance software; creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports fraud; chargebacks, payment reversals, or using payment methods not registered in your own name.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ag44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game assets, is the exclusive property of ag44 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without our express written permission.
• The ag44 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks. Unauthorised use of any ag44 trademark is strictly prohibited.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by ag44 without obligation or compensation to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

ag44 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
